It was portafuels first bi-annual Plantworx Construction Show that was an action packed three-day event. Despite the difficult weather it was a success! We started the show on day one with torrential rain but nothing stops us from bringing the big guns and the hardy visitors braved the elements and worked their way around our stand taking shelter where possible. On day two, glorious sunshine shone down on the Portafuel stand making our unique products stand out in their orange and grey colours.
Plantworx was a definite success for us and the atmosphere did not dampen the visitor’s spirits. The new contacts just kept coming and coming! The show, which spanned a massive 140,000 square metres and was home to 395 exhibitors including Portafuel for three days, was deemed a definite success and Portafuel already have plans to return next time. Jon Mytton, MD at Atlantis Tanks Group Ltd said, “It was wet and muddy, but it didn’t dampen the spirits of the team! There have been some cracking guys I spoke to with great shared enthusiasm”.
Kieran Mytton, Business Development Manager at Portafuel said: “The event overall was a good networking opportunity and visitor footfall to the stand was good despite the challenging weather conditions on the first day”.
Despite the challenging weather conditions Plantworx 2017 turned out to be extremely encouraging for Portafuel, with enquiries at an exceptionally high level compared to previous shows. Portafuel have attributed the significant increase in sales leads due to the introduction of our new Portable Range of Diesel & Oil Tanks which gained a huge amount of interest during the 3-day show. Overall, the three days were a success, visitors just kept coming, generating more and more interest. Portafuel are very pleased that they attended the event, it is a very important time for Portafuel in making sure that they are recognized in the industry.
